Return Policy

Once you receive your Lookiero, you have 5 calendar days to complete your checkout and tell us which items you'd like to keep and which items you'd like to send back.
Once you've completed checkout, we'll send you instructions explaining how to return your items.

Returns will be made exclusively with the couriers indicated in the return instructions email.
If the return is made with another courier, we cannot be held responsible in the event of an incident.

Finally, remember that your items must be returned in the same condition you received them in and with all the labels attached.
