Our returns are completely free, and they're super simple.
1.If your order contains footwear, please place the items you wish to return inside the box using the return label you will find inside.
If, on the other hand, you have not received any footwear, please place the items you do not wish to keep in the return bag you will find in the box.
2. Return to your nearest drop-off point Evri Parcel Shop.
Please remember to keep your proof of postage. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as we process your return at our warehouse. Before that point, your return will not be finalised, so you'll still see a notification in your profile indicating that you have a pending return.
