| Our returns are completely free, and they're super simple. 1. Put the items you've indicated you'd like to send back (including shoes) into the return bag provided in your Lookiero box. 2. Seal the bag. It already has a pre-paid label valid for return at an Evri Parcel Shop. 3. Return the bag to your nearest drop-off point. Please remember to keep your proof of postage. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as we process your return at our warehouse. Before that point, your return will not be finalised, so you'll still see a notification in your profile indicating that you have a pending return. |
