At Lookiero, we prepare all our boxes with the utmost care to provide you with the best experience possible. If your box has arrived in bad condition or is incomplete, we apologise and will make sure we get things sorted as quickly as possible.
Please get in touch with us using our contact form and include photos of the condition of the box and the items received.
If you notice your Lookiero box is damaged upon receipt, you can refuse delivery, and it will be returned to our warehouse.
