Do you really want to leave? We will miss you! However, if you just need a break, remember that you can pause your subscription in My account > Your plan > Manage my plan > Edit plan.
For us to permanently delete your account, we need to ensure everything is in order:
- No ongoing orders: if you have an ongoing order, you can cancel it from your profile in My account > Your Plan (but only if it is not already in preparation).
- No outstanding payments: if you have any outstanding payments, you can update your payment method in My account > Payment information to resolve this.
- No pending returns: if you have a return pending, follow the instructions we sent you via email. If you have already sent it, please wait for the email titled "Return Received," which confirms that it has arrived at our warehouse.
If you have checked all of this and still wish to permanently delete your account, please contact our Customer Service team via the contact form. Remember that this action is irreversible, so think carefully!
