Our returns step by step

It's a shame, but if it's not for you, it's not for you.

Returns are free, and you have 15 days from the delivery date to request one.
Go to the "LookIN Orders" section of your account, select the order you received, and indicate which items you'd like to return.

You can reuse the original packaging and attach the return label included with your order. Then, drop it off at your chosen Evri Parcel Shop. 

You'll receive your refund once the return arrives at our warehouse and it's been verified by our team.
